General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for the property are accepted. The Terms & Conditions set below apply to all bookings made through this website.

Payment Terms Policy

At the time of booking, full prepayment is required. A valid credit card is required to process your online reservation. All charges are in Euros (€).

Dominoes online booking system supports verified secure payments by credit card with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. All payments are being processed through Viva Wallet secure, encrypted payment systems.

For security reasons, you have to provide your own credit card details in order for the reservation to be valid and present this credit card upon check-in for verification. Credit cards that belong to any other holder than the guest’s name will not be accepted.

Rate Information

Prices shown are per room per night unless otherwise stated and includes local taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and, until you have received your confirmation. Availability of the rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.
The Customer is obliged to pay the Accommodation Tax imposed by the Greek Government. The City Accommodation Tax is paid by guests upon arrival and is based on the official classification of accommodation.
Children under the age of 3 can stay at our hotel free of charge when sharing with two full paying adults in the same room.
No pets are allowed at Dominoes Accommodation Hotel.
Free Private and off street parking is available to all of our guests.
Free wi-fi included.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in accordance with our cancellation terms.
Cancellations/Amendments received between booking confirmation and 21 days prior to arrival no cancellation fees will be charged and guests will be refunded within 30 days period.
Cancellations/Amendments received between 20 and 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed price of the reservation.
Cancellations/Amendments received between 13 to 0 days prior to arrival the total cost of reservation is non refundable.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill any special requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
In the unlikely event we may have to amend or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:

accept the changed arrangements as notified
make alternative arrangements with us
cancel your reservation and receive a full refund

Reception Policy

Check in time any time after 14:00 PM till 01.00 am, check in after 01.00 can be made upon prior arrangement.
Check out until 11.00 , after check out there is a luggage storage option / stayover after 14.00pm will be charged as an extra night.
Overnight accommodation of individuals who have not been checked in or have not paid for their stay is not allowed.
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously and any complaint or comment regarding your stay should immediately be brought to the attention of the staff so we can attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Additional services can be arranged throughout your stay at reception for day trips, special occasions and local transport and activities prices upon request.
Airport transfers and a taxi service to local attractions and beaches can be booked directly with the hotel, enquiries can be made by emailing.
